Quake 3 Source Released!

In John Carmack's QuakeCon 2005 Keynote speech, he mentioned that the Quake III Arena Source Code would be made available to an anxious public within a week. Well today id Software makes good on that promise with the release! You can download the 5.5MB file (quake3-1.32b-source.zip) here on FilePlanet. A few notes can be found within the archive. Should be a very interesting weekend for Quake 3 developers!
